1. Introduction

Welcome to Shagunly. Shagunly is a private digital Shagun page for invited family occasions. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Product Nature

Shagunly is a software layer intended to help families track traditional Shagun gifts and blessings. Shagunly is NOT a wallet, a stored-value instrument, an investment product, or a fundraising platform.

Shagunly does not collect, hold, or process gift money. All guest contributions are paid directly from the guest's bank account to the host's bank account via UPI.

3. User Responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their UPI details and for verifying the receipt of funds in their own bank accounts. Shagunly is not responsible for transaction failures, incorrect UPI IDs, or disputes between guests and hosts.

4. Prohibited Use

Shagunly must not be used for public fundraising, political donations, commercial sales, or any illegal activities. We reserve the right to deactivate any event that violates these terms.

5. Fees

Basic use of Shagunly is free. Premium features are available for a one-time fee as described in our pricing section. We never charge a percentage of your shagun.
