1. Platform Fees
Shagunly offers a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund policy for all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with our premium features, you can request a full refund of your platform fee within 7 days of purchase.
2. Shagun Contributions
Shagunly does not process, hold, or settle guest contributions. All shagun is paid directly to the host via UPI. As such, Shagunly cannot issue refunds for guest contributions. Any contribution disputes or refund requests must be settled directly between the guest and the host.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a platform fee, please email support@shagunly.com with your event details and payment reference. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
4. Cancellations
Hosts can cancel their paid plan at any time; however, refunds are only applicable if requested within the initial 7-day period.
